It’s been roughly a decade since I started on this journey of becoming and flourishing as a photographer. In all these years, I’ve experimented plenty, and when I say plenty, I mean plenty with techniques, creativity and what not. Challenging myself and putting myself in unpredictable situations is whats kept me excited about the craft I practice. There comes a time in every artist’s creative journey when they realize that it’s time to step out of their comfort zone(s) and think out of the box. This new personal project titled ‘Inspire’ is the answer to all my current thoughts. Each day I work with a new team, photograph and edit the selected images the same day.

What inspired me to take up this challenge? Every day I come across a plethora of ideas that I jot down in my journal. With each passing day, these ideas pile up and I needed a gateway to implement them for real. Because of this, it was important for me to work efficiently. New York as a city doesn't wait for anyone.

Why did I take up this challenge? As artists, being stimulated by things around us is what we feed on.

Is this experiment going to be a success? Honestly, I didn't know until I began working on it. I'm sure the photos speak for themselves.
